- All orders are shipped within 3-5 days of order placement. Items are shipped either USPS or UPS depending on your shipping choice. You will receive an email once the shipment has been sent out for delivery. If you choose UPS as your shipping method you will receive a tracking number. US orders take up to 5 days for delivery. International orders may take up to three weeks for delivery.

- We do not give out your information to any third parties. The use of your information is for SETI Institute purposes only.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not happy with your order you may contact us directly at customerservice@setistore.org. We will provide you with the return shipping address and fully credit you for your purchase. It is our mission to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
- Ordering
- All orders will receive a confirmation email finalizing your order. If you do not get a confirmation your order has not been placed. Please contact us at customerservice@setistore.org should you have any questions regarding your order. Our online ordering service is completely secure. Your credit information is encrypted and secure.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Promotions will change from time to time and prices will be applied according to each promotion. If you see any discretions with pricing you may contact us directly as customerservice@setistore.org
- Viewing Orders
- When you click "Add to Cart" an item it is placed in your Cart. You can view your items to order by clicking on the "My Cart" button. When you are ready to place your order click "Proceed to Checkout" then follow the checkout procedure. Once your are done you will receive a confirmation email of your order.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your Account Information by clicking on the "My Account" button. SETI Institute members will receive a 10% discount on all merchandise from the SETI Institute store.
